Che' Nova Aesthetics grew out of a long-standing interest in skincare that came before its founder, Che, became a licensed esthetician. The business says its mission is to bring together education, new methods and results-focused treatments for healthier skin, and it describes its values as integrity, lifelong learning and excellence.

Facial services include the Hydra-Facial, a multi-step session with a double cleanse, vortex exfoliation, extractions and an infusion of antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid. Hydra-Peel pairs that Hydra-Facial process with a medium-depth chemical peel. Luxe Facials combine deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, lymphatic drainage, LED, high-frequency and oxygen therapy, and include a complimentary décolleté massage. Brow tinting is also listed among the services.

Skin treatments include chemical peels, where the exfoliation strength is chosen for each client's skin needs; DPN Appearance Reduction, a non-invasive option for select superficial irregularities in the outer layer of skin; Hydra-Needling, which combines a Hydra-Facial with microneedling; and MicroNeedling, which uses fine needles to create micro-injuries that the business describes as promoting collagen production.

Bookings and changes are handled through the online booking system. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, and texts, emails, social media and voicemail do not count. Clients may reschedule up to two times, and after a second reschedule future appointments may require full payment at booking. Missing the window or a no-call, no-show can mean the deposit is forfeited. Booking means agreeing to these terms.
