The business says it tailors services to each client's skin type, does not rush appointments, and aims for full client satisfaction. It credits attention to detail as what sets it apart from other waxing studios in New York City.

Waxing takes place in a private room, using a clear hypoallergenic wax that the business describes as having neurosensory properties for comfort on all skin types, including sensitive skin. All staff are licensed estheticians with the New York State Department of Labor, and the business states that it is fully licensed, insured and bonded. During a waxing appointment only the client and the esthetician are allowed in the room.

The facial menu starts with the Glow Getter Facial, a 70-minute, $160 treatment that pairs a gentle enzyme exfoliation with an oxygen treatment. The business recommends it for all skin types, and names acne and rosacea as concerns it is especially suited to. It is not suitable for clients with a citric acid allergy, such as to oranges, lemons or grapefruit. The 90-minute Polished Facial, at $175, combines dermaplaning with an enzyme and collagen ampoule infusion and an alginate hydro-jelly mask from Esthemax. Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair and dead surface skin with a surgical-grade scalpel and has no downtime. It is not offered to clients with inflamed acne lesions, skin cancer, active cold sores, uncontrolled diabetes, dermatitis, open skin lesions, Accutane use within the past six months or current, or prescription retinol within a week of treatment.

Vajacials are facials for the bikini area, aimed at removing dead skin, treating ingrown hairs and smoothing bumps along the bikini line. The Classic Vajacial includes a double cleanse, light enzyme exfoliation, extractions as needed, high frequency, hydrating serums and a custom hydro-jelly mask. The six-session V-lluminating Treatment is designed to lighten and brighten the bikini area. It uses a light customized peel and a brightening peel-able hydro-jelly mask, comes with an at-home treatment and maintenance kit, and begins one week after waxing, with later sessions two to three weeks apart depending on skin health. The business says results vary by skin type and the severity of hyperpigmentation.

Booking details: appointments can be made up to eight weeks ahead, with a 50% deposit due at booking. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice by confirmation email or phone during business hours, and text or social media messages are not used for changes. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes are rescheduled subject to availability and charged in full. Clients must be 18 or older, children and pets (other than registered service animals) are not allowed, and smoking, food and drink are prohibited in the studios. If a waxing client is unhappy, they may report it within 24 hours for a complimentary redo of the area. Completed services are final and non-refundable, unopened products can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within seven days, and gift cards are non-refundable.
