New clients usually begin with the New Client Glow Experience, a longer first facial that opens with a full consultation and skin analysis. It includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, a customized mask with LED light therapy, extractions if needed, targeted massage and finishing products.

Returning clients can book The Glow Maintenance Facial, a one-hour monthly upkeep visit with a skin check-in, exfoliation, a targeted mask and massage. For more involved concerns, The Advanced Glow Reset runs 90 minutes for acne, scarring, pigmentation or aging skin. It can include a custom peel or enzyme treatment, LED therapy and a mask, and can add dermaplaning, oxygen, microcurrent or hydrodermabrasion depending on the client's skin needs.

The peel menu runs from a 10-minute superficial exfoliation to a 45-minute customized medium-depth peel for scarring, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and texture. That medium-depth peel is available to returning clients who have had proper skin prep or a consultation. The Korean Green Sea Peel is a 50-minute liquid microneedling treatment using algae-derived spicules, without AHAs or BHA, and requires a consultation or facial beforehand. The Deep Glow Renewal Peel is the business's deepest chemical peel, with healing described as taking 7 to 10 days. It is booked after a consultation, comes with a complimentary facial two weeks before treatment, and is delivered as two consecutive two-hour sessions on two days.

Add-ons such as gua sha, dermaplaning, nanoneedling and a hydrojelly mask must be booked alongside another service. A virtual consultation is a 30-minute Zoom meeting to discuss concerns and goals and choose a regimen. Its fee is non-refundable but is applied to any products or services bought afterward. The shop lists 39 skincare products, priced from $13.50 to $185. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, and can be sent to one person, several people, or pooled as a group gift. The studio is open Wednesday through Friday 9 am to 9 pm, Saturday 9 am to 7 pm, and closed Sunday through Tuesday.
