Every treatment begins with a consultation. The consultation costs $150 and includes a 60-minute session with an Aura 3D skin analysis, which uses multi-spectral imaging to look at wrinkles, texture, pore size, redness and tone. The fee is credited toward treatment or products, though a consultation may not include treatment depending on concerns and the treatment selected. Many services are priced by treatment area, and final pricing is confirmed at the consultation and may change. Same-day appointments are booked by phone, and online booking is also available.

Laser treatments use a Nouvaderm 1927nm thulium laser for skin resurfacing, with settings that range from non-ablative to ablative and downtime from none to about 7 days. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes. Most clients see their best results with one to four treatments about four weeks apart, and full results develop over four to six weeks. Laser treatments require a pre-treatment eligibility screening, and any positive answer prompts a call to the salon. IPL and laser hair removal are done on a separate Alpha Pro system with an 808nm diode laser and 3D IPL.
