Haircut visits take place in a private room with a television from start to finish, and a complimentary beverage is offered during the cut. The salon describes its Signature Haircut as its most popular option. It includes a consultation, a cut, styling, a shampoo and conditioning, a hot towel for the face and a hot stone neck and shoulder massage. Lower-priced cuts cover the basics, including a clipper cut, an express cut and an extra deluxe version with scalp massage and a longer neck and shoulder massage, while a platinum cut adds a short facial.

Color services range from subtle gray blending and a color enhancement that softens gray while restoring depth, to permanent color for full coverage, which the salon recommends maintaining as new growth shows. Lightening options include quick lights of up to fifteen foils, partial and full highlights, bleach retouch and toning, an all-over bleach and tone whose results depend on starting color and hair condition, and a two-session platinum transformation that requires a consultation before booking. Beard and eyebrow or mustache color can be added to a haircut or booked on their own.

The Japanese Head Spa menu has three treatments: a 30-minute express scalp cleansing and massage, a 60-minute luxury version with scalp exfoliation, a hydrating facial and neck and shoulder massage, and a 90-minute ultimate relaxation treatment that adds a Vitamin C facial, aromatherapy, Gua Sha facial massage and hot stones. The salon describes the Japanese Head Spa as award-winning. Skin care includes an express refresher facial, a microdermabrasion treatment using a diamond-tipped wand, and a 50-minute Vitamin C Signature Facial made with IMAGE Skincare products. Body treatments include a 30-minute hot stone back ritual and a 60-minute full body relaxation ritual with hot stones and a scalp ritual.

Hair removal covers brows, ears, nose, neck, arms, chest and back, and trimming is available for the back, chest, arms, or chest and arms. Nail services include hand treatments, hand grooming and foot grooming. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early, and arrivals more than fifteen minutes late count as no-shows. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Bookings of more than 120 minutes of services require a 50 percent deposit, and an 18 percent gratuity is added at checkout for multi-service bookings, with the option to add more. Prices are listed before gratuity and may change without notice.
