The skin care menu centers on facials. The European-style facial moves through a consultation, skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage and a finishing masque. Options range from a teen facial with brow design and a Focus Facial to a customized facial with mitts and boots and an extended relaxation or focus facial. Facials can be adjusted for acne-prone and sensitive skin, and the salon recommends returning every 4 to 6 weeks. Other skin treatments include hydration treatments with a vitamin infusion or antioxidant masque, exfoliation as a soft or corrective peel, lymphatic drainage, ear candling, a skin analysis with a flash treatment, dermaplaning and a back treatment.

Brow services are split into micropigmentation and henna. Micropigmentation comes in three forms: Powder Brows, which use a machine for soft shaded color; Combo Brows, which mix hand-tool hair strokes with powder shading; and Nano Brows, which use a fine-tipped machine needle for hair strokes. Each procedure takes about 80 minutes, and the full appointment can run 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the area and technique. Numbing gel or cream is applied for comfort. Clients are asked to avoid waxing, tweezing, threading and brow tinting for two weeks beforehand, and the salon describes results as lasting 1 to 3 years depending on skin type and aftercare. Healing takes about 7 to 14 days initially and up to 4 to 6 weeks to fully heal. A consultation with mapping costs $50 and is applied to the procedure if booked. Brow henna is a separate plant-based tint that colors both the brow hairs and the skin beneath, lasting up to two weeks on the skin and up to six weeks on the hairs. A henna appointment usually takes about 30 minutes.

Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, bikini, underarms, back, chest, and hands or feet, along with body art and brow touch-ups. Each session starts with a short consultation to choose the right wax for the client's skin type. The salon uses a zinc-infused hard wax and a zinc-infused soft wax for larger areas or on request. Clients who use vitamin A or acid products, or who take certain medications, are asked to consult before waxing. Waxing is recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, once hair has grown to about a quarter inch.

Appointments can be booked online through the website or the GlossGenius booking site, and in-person brow consultations are booked under the Brow Enhancements category. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and to bring a valid ID and relevant medical history for specific treatments. Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours ahead. A credit card is required to hold appointments, and late arrivals have their treatment end on time with the full service charged. Payment is accepted by cash, major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Zelle. Insurance is not accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards can be bought by email or through the booking site. Children are not allowed during services, pets are not allowed in the building apart from trained service animals, and spa services require clients to be 12 or older.
