The studio is known mainly for facials and clinical skin treatments, and it also offers waxing, lash extensions and tinting, brow tinting and henna, and sunless tanning.

A visit starts with a consultation and skin analysis, after which the team recommends home care. In-salon treatments are customized to each client's skin type and needs. Microdermabrasion, microneedling and chemical peels all begin with a consultation. A 30-minute skin consultation costs $45 and can be credited toward an in-salon treatment or take-home products within 30 days; it is included in every facial.

Signature offerings include the Glo2Facial line, which uses OxyGeneo technology, ultrasound micro-vibrations and lymphatic drainage with Gene serum, and Jet Plasma, which can be added to most facials. Jet Plasma is not offered to clients who are pregnant or lactating, undergoing cancer treatment, or have a pacemaker. The salon describes its Skin Classic treatment, for minor skin irregularities, as an award-winning laser alternative; it is priced by time and area, with an approximate timeframe quoted at consultation. Chemical peels include glycolic, lactic and salicylic acid peels as well as oxygen and peptide peels, and no price is listed for them.

Lash extensions and microneedling require a 50% booking fee for new clients, paid by emailed invoice and applied toward the service. The fee may also be required of clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and fees are forfeited for shorter notice or no-shows. Walk-ins are taken when time allows, though booking ahead is recommended, and early morning or evening appointments can be requested. Hours are Monday 10am to 2pm by appointment only, Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 4pm, and closed Sundays. The phone number is 978-664-0094.
