Treatments are a large part of the menu. Hot oil treatment is a plant-based option meant to strengthen the hair and seal the cuticle, and it takes about 15 minutes for $35. Hydration treatment focuses on adding moisture, and steam treatment, at $45 for 30 minutes, is described as good for the scalp while opening the cuticle to take in moisture. Restructuring treatment works to repair the cuticle from within. Several treatments can be combined with a shampoo and house conditioner, with options for a blow dry and no styling.

Cutting and styling options include a haircut at $150 that covers a shampoo, house conditioner and a blow out, silk press or wrap. Trim and style is a separate two-hour service and is not a haircut. The studio says cutting is a last resort for detangling, so detangling is offered first at $55 and up. There is a curly cut at $215 that starts with a shampoo to define the natural curl pattern, and shampoo and go is available for $125. Other options include silk press or blow out at $90 and up, rod sets, two strand twists, flat two strand twists, updos and ponytails, and a big chop.

Extension and weave services are a major focus, including quick weaves, frontal and closure installs, sew-ins, blended bonded and blended sew-in options, crochet braiding, and removable quick weaves. Custom wigs are made from human hair and attach to the scalp, and are booked by consultation with a head measurement and machine-sewn construction. Weave and extension services have specific rules: a limit of three bundles, with additional bundles at $50 each, a mandatory shampoo, and a trim and intense moisture treatment on a first visit.

The studio also offers a one-on-one full-day quick weave course called Blue Print for $999 over eight hours. A classes page includes a register option, though no class schedule is listed. Visitors should note the booking policies, including a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, a $50 late fee for delays over 15 minutes, and a full charge for no-shows. Only clients receiving services may be inside the salon. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 5:15 pm for booked appointments, Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
