The Selfcare Studio is built around self-care visits that can be adjusted to each client.

Facials form the core of the menu. The Skin Reset Facial, which uses Dermalogica products, runs about 55 minutes and moves through a double cleanse, skin analysis, gentle exfoliation, steam, light extractions when needed, a treatment mask, facial massage, targeted serums and a moisturizer with SPF. The Targeted Treatment Facial is designed for acne, hyperpigmentation and uneven texture, adding advanced exfoliation and high frequency. The Resurfacing Facial uses microdermabrasion to work on texture and brightness, and the Signature Luxe Facial is the longest option at one hour, with a choice of microdermabrasion or enzyme exfoliation. A Back Reset Treatment of about 45 minutes addresses congestion and breakouts on the back and shoulders.

Feet and nails are another focus. The Wellness Pedicure includes a foot assessment, nail and cuticle care, callus smoothing, hydration, a hot towel and an extended massage, and dry pedicures are also offered. Toe Nail Restoration is a cosmetic service for refining the look of damaged or uneven toenails. It does not treat or diagnose medical conditions, and a series of treatments is recommended.

Ongoing care is supported by the Selfcare Reset Membership, which includes a monthly Wellness Pedicure, priority booking, member perks and discounts on Biters Beware press-on nails. Membership pricing is not listed on the site. Gift cards can be bought online, and balances can be checked online. Booking is available through the website. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday 6:30 to 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday 2:00 to 9:00 pm, with Wednesday and Thursday closed.
