The studio focuses on acne, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, uneven tone, barrier health and corrective skincare, along with personalized facials. Its treatments combine clinical skincare with sound, frequency, breath, aromatherapy and intentional touch inside the same appointment, rather than offering those practices separately. Energy balancing and sound healing are presented as complementary wellness practices, not as diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions.

Each appointment is one-on-one, and the treatment room is reserved for a single client for the full visit. There is no waiting room and no double-booking, according to the business. Most first appointments include a consultation covering skin history, products, sensitivities, medications, concerns and goals, and a skin consultation can also be booked on its own, in person or virtually. The $50 consultation fee can be credited toward a facial or treatment booked within 14 days, though the credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Services are grouped into body rituals, brow and lash work, waxing, chemical peels, the Clinical Alchemy device and professional treatments, maternity skin care, add-ons, seasonal facials, signature facials, teen facials and skin consultations. Chemical peels come in three levels and are customized to skin type, concerns, treatment history, goals and available downtime, and the client does not choose the acid. Advanced treatments may need additional screening, and clients must disclose health conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, recent procedures and prescription skincare before treatment. Pregnant and breastfeeding clients are welcome and should mention it when booking so treatment can be adjusted. The studio also adjusts care for clients in cancer treatment or recovery, with the aim of supporting rather than replacing medical care.

Booking requires a $25 deposit and a valid payment method through online booking. No-shows may be charged a fee and asked to prepay in full for future appointments, and repeated last-minute cancellations may also require prepayment. Late arrivals may have their treatment shortened without a reduction in price, and very late arrivals may need to reschedule. Clients may be asked to pause certain exfoliating acids, retinoids or other active products before an appointment. For general maintenance, facials about every four to six weeks suit many clients, while corrective goals may call for a customized series.

The studio describes its esthetic services as results-driven and pairs them with a whole-person view of skin health, calm and wellbeing. Each plan starts with the client's skin type, tone, sensitivity, treatment history and risk of pigmentation. Options can include in-studio treatments, guidance for care at home, attention to lifestyle factors, and a run of visits when the goal calls for one.
