Visits usually begin with a consultation. An Express Consultation is a 15-minute in-person check of hair and shade goals, and no charge is listed for it. For clients with a complex chemical service history, a 30-minute Deep-Dive Consultation costs $25, which is credited toward the main service when booked. Hair extensions and hair systems require a consultation before any installation. Lash clients wearing eye makeup should mention it in advance, since removing it takes extra time and may carry a cleansing fee.

Color services include full color, touch-ups, highlights, toner and gloss, full bleach, and on-scalp lightening. Chemical options are a digital perm, which is offered without a setting perm, and Japanese straightening, also called Liscio. Eyelash extensions are applied one by one, with refills and removal available. Hair system clients can book refits and maintenance visits.

Bookings are secured with a valid credit card, which is charged only under the cancellation policy. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a fee of 50% of the reserved service cost, and there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $200, $250, or custom amounts and are final sale. Hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday. The business accepts card payments.
