The menu covers a wide range of cuts. A woman's haircut includes a wash, cut, blowout and style, and takes about an hour. A woman's express cut is a wash and cut left wet, for a shorter visit. Men's haircuts include a cut and a shampoo afterwards, and there is a separate bang and beard trim. Children's cuts are offered as a short appointment.

For color, the studio offers partial highlights that cover the crown, full highlights that cover the head from crown to nape, and accent highlights. Balayage is a hand-painted method that gives a softer result than traditional highlights, and a balayage with haircut option is available. Other color services include single and two-process color, bleach and tone retouch, toner refresh, a clear gloss treatment for shine, and color correction for unwanted results of an earlier coloring. Color correction takes at least three hours, may need a second appointment, and starts with a consultation.

For special occasions, the studio lists a bridal trial, a wedding service, a wedding blow and style, and wedding services on location. Extension services include clip-in installs, tape-in extensions and tape extension maintenance.

Booking requires a credit card to hold the appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, are charged 50% of the service amount.
