Color is the core of the menu. A Lived In / Balayage Transformation covers the whole head with customized highlights, lowlights if needed, or balayage, and can include gloss or toner, treatments and a blowout. A Lived In / Balayage Maintenance visit refreshes brightness and dimension and can blend in grey. Grey Coverage Color is a base retouch for full grey coverage, usually repeated every four to eight weeks. Gloss & Trim Maintenance refreshes existing color, re-tones highlights or balayage, and finishes with a blowdry and signature wave.
Haircuts are offered for medium-to-long hair only; pixie cuts and cuts above the chin are not offered. A haircut includes deep conditioning, a blow-dry and styling, and the salon says most haircut guests maintain their cut every eight to twelve weeks. Blowdry Style is a standalone styling session that requires a $20 deposit.
Memberships and packages spread the cost across several visits. Membership benefits and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page. New clients complete an intake form before booking, and appointments are not approved until it is done. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Changes or cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead carry no charge, and the deposit moves to the new appointment. Cancelling with less notice brings a 50% charge of the scheduled services and forfeits the deposit. Late arrivals receive a condensed service at the client's expense, and after 15 minutes the appointment must be rescheduled. No refunds are offered; technical errors can be reported within 72 hours and corrected within two weeks. Color correction is not offered for hair colored at home with box dye or certain store-bought toners, though referrals are offered.
