The Tampa location is in the Channelside District, and other locations are in Polk City, Austin (Mueller) and Dallas. The salon says its mission is to help people look and feel great inside and out.

Stylists are grouped by R.E.D. (Reputation, Experience and Demand) into New Talent and Element 1 through Element 5 levels. New Talent stylists have typically been with the salon one to two years, Element 1 stylists two to three years, and Element 2 stylists three to four years. The salon hires recently graduated professionals directly from beauty school and places them on an accelerated career path designed by Sonny D. Every stylist completes the 1.0 Training System before working on guests and is certified in foundation haircutting, haircoloring, styling and product knowledge. Element 2 stylists have chosen a specialty and completed further training in one discipline.

A visit begins with a complimentary beverage, including fresh brewed coffee and infused water. Haircuts include the Wash House Experience and a finished style. Haircut and haircolor appointments also include a complimentary paraffin hand dip, a hot towel treatment, and a scalp, neck and hand massage. Men's grooming sessions include a Wash House Experience with a Tea Tree hair and scalp treatment. The Color Bar lets guests watch their custom haircolor formula being mixed. Extension services require a consultation before a price is quoted. The salon also publishes virtual stylist tutorials for recreating looks at home.

Haircolor is grouped into red heads, brunettes and blondes, using Paul Mitchell color with a low ammonia formula. Red heads color is demi-permanent and brunettes color is permanent. The salon offers advanced education workshops through 1.0 Xcel and a Rising Star career program. Hours vary by location; Dallas is open Tuesday through Saturday.
