The salon focuses on healthy natural hair, silk press styling and luxury extensions. Silk presses run from the Duchess, which is open to new clients, up through the Princess and Queen, with versions that add a smoothing treatment or a color change. Portfolio examples include tension roller sets, I-tip extensions, glueless lace closure wig installs, microlinks and color change with silk press.

Extension work follows a set order. An extension consultation is required before any install, and the salon reschedules installs booked without one. Tape-in and I-tip installs include hair, which must be purchased one week before the appointment. Maintenance and removals are available for clip-ins, sew-ins, tape-ins and I-tips, and the salon also removes extensions put in by other stylists.

Online booking requires a deposit of $20 to $200 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. Several services are not offered to clients under 13. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
