Every new client needs a hair consultation before the first appointment. The free, 30-minute visit looks at hair care needs, the result the client wants, how long the service will take and what it will cost. Hair services are booked on a later day, once those details are settled.

Extension and wig work follows its own steps. Hair is not included in extension services, so clients buy their hair first, and the salon asks for 7 to 10 business days to receive ordered hair. Tangled hair from another style carries an extra detangling fee, and wigs or hair must be detangled and brushed out before cleaning or installation.

Wedding services cover bridal party hair, makeup or both, with pricing that varies and a booking of about four and a half hours. A $150 wedding service consultation lets the client meet the stylist or makeup artist and agree on pricing in a contract. The date is held with a $150 deposit once the contract is signed and payment is made.

The salon takes cash only, with an ATM on site; checks and cards are not accepted. Clients are asked not to contact the salon by text, so booking is by phone or through the online booking site. Hours are Tuesday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday.

Services are planned around a consultation, so the work, timing and price reflect each client's hair and goals.
