New clients start with a 10-minute consultation, which is required as a first appointment so the salon can confirm the right fit before booking color work. Other services include a classic head spa treatment that removes dirt, oil and debris from the scalp, a signature haircut that includes wash, cut and style, and a wash and blowout where the stylist washes, dries and styles the hair.

Hours are Monday 5 PM to 8:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM. The salon charges a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
