The menu centers on color: custom low-maintenance color, dimensional lived-in color and balayage, full and partial highlights, global blonding, gloss and toner services, and vivid creative color. Color corrections are also a specialty. Haircuts, including layered cuts with a wispy finish, are offered alone or paired with a blowout or color service.

Smoothing and corrective services include the Brazilian Blowout, which is meant to reduce frizz, and the Malibu C treatment, a corrective option for buildup, minerals and environmental stress that is often added to color appointments. Visits are planned around the client's lifestyle and hair goals, and the aim is for clients to leave feeling informed and confident in their hair.

Gift cards are available. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Visits are planned around each client's lifestyle and hair goals, with detailed consultation and an aim to leave clients feeling listened to and educated.
