In 2022 the company opened its own hair manufacturing facility in Miami, where it makes its extensions from 100% full cuticle aligned human hair. It states that it is one of the few companies offering 27 to 30 inch extensions across its collections. Beyond full sets, it sells bulk extensions, seamless clip-ins, and hair tools and accessories.
Full-set appointments are the core service. Itip sets come in 20, 24 and 28 inches in black, dark brown, blonde and multi-dimensional shades, and Ktip sets come in the same three lengths. Each full-set appointment is given a five-hour block for one-on-one service. Prices change with texture and color, and Exclusive Waves, Soft Curls and Bold Curls are available as $275 add-ons. Deposits are non-refundable. A reschedule is allowed once, at least 72 hours ahead, and the new date must fall within 30 days of the original. The name on the card must match the name on the booking.
The company also trains people in hair extension work, in person and online, in English and Spanish. The Art of Hair Extensions course covers the Micro Ring method from beginner to advanced and requires no prior experience. Courses include full demos, practice exercises, quizzes and exams, and students who finish all modules and score 100% on the exams receive certification. According to the company, Florida treats hair extensions as a braiding service, so a cosmetology license is not needed to perform them.
Orders ship from Miami on weekdays, excluding holidays, through UPS or USPS, with no weekend shipping. Customer service chat is available Monday through Saturday.
