The team works as a collective of independent artists. Every service is customized and priced a la carte, and listed prices are a starting point that can shift with hair length, thickness and product use. Color appointments do not include toner, treatments, blowouts or haircuts, but these can be added when booking.

New guests who are considering a color correction, a major transformation or extensions are asked to book a free 20-minute consultation first. Full-head highlights, partial lightening and lived-in color require a $50 deposit from new clients.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 2 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, with Mondays and Sundays closed. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and forfeit the deposit. Guests and children who are not being serviced should not attend appointments.
