The tanning side includes UV beds priced by bed: Tahiti beds at $15, Fiji beds at $20, and Maldives or Solera beds at $30. Red light therapy runs about 12 minutes for a full body session. The business says infrared saunas support detox, recovery and relaxation, and that red light supports collagen production and skin tone. Red light is not recommended for people with epilepsy, photosensitive skin conditions, or who are pregnant. Dry Float is offered at $29 for 30 minutes or $39 for 60 minutes. The Dry Cold Plunge uses a patented dry flotation membrane instead of water in sessions of 3, 5 or 8 minutes, takes walk-ins, and the site recommends 2 to 3 sessions per week. People with extreme cold sensitivity or certain cardiovascular conditions are advised to check with a physician first. Compression therapy uses NormaTec 3 equipment with dynamic air compression, runs 20 to 30 minutes with 7 levels, and can target legs, arms or hips. Massage chairs are included with some memberships and passes.

Handheld cryotherapy is by appointment only. It applies CO2 gas under high pressure to lower skin temperature quickly. Cryosculpting is offered on the abdomen, rear, arms, thighs and love handles, and the business says it uses lower temperatures than standard cool-contour treatments and involves minimal downtime. Cryofacials, branded as Frotox, use a cone to deliver a frozen carbon dioxide mist to the face. Other cryo services include treatments for facial acne, eczema or psoriasis, scalp treatments, jawline sculpting, under-eye cryo, and orthopedic pain relief for areas such as the shoulder, knee, ankle, foot, chest, elbow, wrist and hand.

Tanning and wellness are sold through passes and memberships. The 10 Pass options are Tanning at $210, Sunless at $230 and Deluxe at $240, and the Deluxe pass includes UV beds, massage chairs and most wellness services. Monthly memberships range from Tahitian Trio at $29 to Island Hopper at $75, and there is a Bora Bora Duo option at $59 per person for couples. Memberships carry no sign-up fee, no cancellation fee and no monthly commitment, but must be cancelled 10 days before the next billing date. First-time clients may receive one free week of any service, limited to one service per day and valid for 7 days after activation; ARRC LED is excluded.
