The Queen Suite books its services through an online booking page. Its core offering is ombré brow work: a shaping and semi-permanent tint session using tweezing and waxing, along with ombré powder brow tinting.

New clients can book an ombré brow procedure, which takes about two hours. The business says this technique lasts up to three years and needs less frequent touch-ups than microblading. Existing clients return for a first touch-up within four to six weeks, then for an annual brow boost any time after six weeks and up to two years from the original procedure.

The brow shape and color are drawn and reviewed before the tattoo process begins, and the design is approved before any work is done. Appointments require a non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the total, with the balance due on the day. Late arrivals are not accepted, and changes need 72 hours' notice. Clients who have had brow work elsewhere must submit clear photos for approval before booking, and that prior work is treated as a full service.

Results vary with factors such as skin type, lifestyle, bone structure, medications and aftercare, and clients are asked to follow the pre- and post-care instructions emailed when they book. Clients must be over 18, and children and pets are not allowed at appointments. Certain conditions, including pregnancy, recent Botox or chemical peels, some skin conditions, a history of keloids and immune-compromising conditions, may affect eligibility, and the business lists specific timing and consultation requirements.

Each design is planned and approved with the client at consultation before any procedure begins.
