It serves Marietta and the Metro Atlanta area. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The studio was founded by Lana Vodovoz, who spent more than 20 years working in hair before 2017. That year she began offering eyelash extensions and body waxing, and the studio has built its work around those services since. Lana's lash work centers on NovaLash extensions, and she has taken the training to become a certified trainer for classic and volume lash extensions.

Visits are planned around a set schedule. Clients should arrive five to ten minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Reminders go out by text and email 48 hours ahead. New clients and anyone booking a service over $100 pay a credit card booking fee of 50 percent of the service, due 48 hours before the appointment and applied to the total; booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Arriving more than 15 minutes late requires a new appointment and the full cost of the service is charged. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead can be made without penalty by calling the studio. Changes within 24 hours carry a 50 percent fee, and a reschedule or no-show within 12 hours is charged the full service.

Lash touch-ups are scheduled by how many days have passed since the last visit: up to 14 days for a two-week touch-up, 15 to 21 days for three weeks, 22 to 28 days for four weeks, and a new full set after 30 days or more. New clients' touch-ups are arranged at consultation. Existing extensions applied by another artist may need to be removed and a new full set applied at full set price, and working on another artist's extensions carries a surcharge. Permanent makeup done elsewhere requires a call or consultation before booking. Concerns must be raised within 72 hours; a problem caused by application or product may be covered by a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up. No refunds are given on services or products. After-hours appointments may be available case by case for an additional $50.

The studio says it uses only high-quality products and advanced techniques intended to be non-damaging for natural lashes.
