Sew-in services are customized to each client's texture, lifestyle and the look they want. The salon makes its own extension hair in straight, body wave and textured styles. Sew-ins can be worn for up to 3 months, then removed so the natural hair and scalp can be cleansed. With good care the extension hair typically lasts 8 to 12 months, though that depends on texture, upkeep and how often it is styled.

Services are by appointment only and booked online; prices are starting rates that can shift with hair goals, length, density and the result wanted. Clients who are unsure which service fits can book a Pre-Service Virtual Consultation over Zoom for $47, usually held on Tuesdays, to talk through the best option for their hair, routine or event. Services are offered to clients 16 and up, and the salon works with chin-length hair or longer; pixie and shorter cuts are not currently offered. Hair should be detangled before the appointment. A non-refundable reservation fee applies to the final balance, and cancellations within 24 hours forfeit it.

Between visits the team provides aftercare guidance and recommends professional products. CÉCRED and Olaplex are used in the salon, and CÉCRED products are sold for home use.
