A $60 kit fee covers disposable items used in the service, which are brand new, and a $60 travel, gas, parking and equipment fee applies within 30 minutes of Seattle, adjusted for greater distance. Pro Teeth Whitening takes 60 minutes with a whitening machine; clients who are active smokers or coffee drinkers may need 1 to 3 treatments to reach the desired result, and maintenance treatments are available as needed, including for last-minute events.

Booking rules are strict. Glam appointments need 24 to 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, by phone call or text only, since email and Instagram cancellations are not accepted. Deposits, whether $100 or the full service amount, are non-refundable once paid, and no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price.
