There are two studios. The Central Eastside location is at 646 SE Morrison St, open Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 8:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm and weekends 10am to 5pm. The Pearl District location is at 1112 NW 13th Ave, open Tuesday to Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm, and closed Sunday and Monday. Some estheticians work at both studios and others at only one, so clients are advised to call to confirm which studio a particular esthetician works from.

Sugaring is the core of the menu, covering face, body and bikini areas, and the studio also offers Brazilian and bikini waxing performed with sugaring techniques. Facials are grouped as Signature, Specialty and Advanced, with a separate set of facial peels. Every facial includes aromatherapy, and each procedure is explained before, during and after the appointment. The studio describes itself as the best sugaring and skin care studio in Portland and reports a 4.9 rating from more than 600 reviews on its site.

Monthly memberships come in four versions at $125 a month. They require a six-month minimum with a one-time $25 setup fee. Members choose a service worth $145 or more each month, pick a start date on the 1st or 15th, save 10% on products and get access to monthly specials. Clients can also earn points on purchases and services through a MindBody loyalty program.

Sugaring removes hair in the direction of growth, which the studio says leads to fewer ingrown hairs. Services for vulva and scrotum anatomy are listed separately so clients are matched with a practitioner prepared for that work.
