Facials are organized by visit type. Soft Launch Facial is a 70-minute customized facial for new clients. Suite One is a 75-minute customized facial for returning clients, and Suite Two is an 80-minute version for returning clients that includes one added modality, chosen from Baby Face Facial, Cloud + Clear or The Pilates Facial. The Pilates Facial is a 75-minute treatment using lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha, firming peptides, microcurrent and LED red light. Baby Face Facial pairs dermaplaning with a Happy Peel enzyme peel and a Hydrojelly mask. Cloud + Clear is a 95-minute facial with oxygen infusion and a charcoal milk mask. According to the salon, Soft Launch Facial addresses concerns such as acne, dryness, dehydration, enlarged pores and barrier repair.

The Soft Lift includes a tint and takes 70 minutes, while The Softer Lift leaves out the tint and takes 65 minutes. The Soft Lift Maintenance is a 20-minute refresh for returning clients. Lash Detox begins with extension removal and ends with a conditioning mask. Brow lamination, called The Soft Girl Brow, includes a wax and either a tint or a hybrid stain with custom styling. The salon says results last six to eight weeks and are semi-permanent, and it suggests booking the maintenance visit three to four weeks after the first lamination. Waxing covers small areas such as the lip and chin, the nose and the inner thigh, through to full arms, legs and underarms in one 75-minute visit. Clients booking brows or a full face wax are asked to avoid retinol or tretinoin for seven days beforehand, and lash and bundle clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup. Deposits are taken at booking, ranging from $15 to $140 depending on the service.

The salon describes its lash lifts as gentle and free of harsh chemicals, and its facials are built around each client.
