The service menu is built around color and extensions. Color options range from root touch-ups and gloss or toner refreshes to highlights, lowlights, lived-in highlights, balayage and color correction. Extension services cover consultations, removals, retie appointments by row, quick fixes for a missing bead or loose thread, and a short-term mini move-up for specific occasions, which is approved case by case. Event work includes bridal hair, flower girl hair, formal styling and braids, some of which can be combined with colored extensions.
Haircut options include a dry cut, a cut with shampoo, blow-dry and curl, and a cut with a clarifying treatment. Haircuts exclude pixie cuts and clipper cuts. Men can book a grey camouflage service or a gentlemen's detox. A cut can also be added onto a chemical service.
Booking involves a few rules to be aware of. Most services require a deposit at booking, ranging from $5 to $75. Cancelling within 48 hours of an appointment, or missing it, carries a 50% fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a late fee. Private appointments outside regular hours or on days off are available with limited availability and an extra after-hours fee.
Four monthly membership plans include a set number of shampoo, blow-dry and curl appointments, with one plan designed for clients with extensions. Memberships last one month from purchase, cannot be transferred, and appointments must be booked in advance; members book services as usual and apply membership benefits at checkout in the salon.
