The menu is organized into service groups: Body Detox, Hair, Nails & Pedi, Pedi Add Ons, Facials, Waxing, Spa Packages and New Client Specials. Body detox options include a hydrating paraffin mask, a hot stone massage and a foot detox. Hair services run from wash and blowouts and extension installation to color, cuts and curl-focused treatments. Nail work covers gel, acrylic, builder and Gel X sets in several tiers, along with soak-offs, dry pedicures and nail art add-ons.

The salon says it uses high-quality products and current techniques, and it states that sanitation follows New Jersey State Board guidelines. Gift cards are sold in preset amounts of $100, $200, $300 and $400, or in any amount from $100 to $100,000, and balances can be checked on the website. Booking policies are worth reading before a visit. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be marked as a no-show, and no-shows are charged 50% of the service total. Services may be shortened or adjusted after 10 minutes late, and a $20 late fee may apply to repeated lateness. Children under 16 and additional guests are not permitted. Clients who are sick or showing symptoms are asked to reschedule, and guests with infections, lice, fungus or open wounds cannot be serviced. Services, products, deposits and memberships are not refundable. Issues must be reported within 48 hours for a complimentary fix where applicable, and redos must match the original service.
