The Pink Crow Pasadena

The Pink Crow is owned and operated by founder Lidia Galvez as a California DBA. It is located in Suite 707 of the Scandia Building on North Raymond in Pasadena, and the building entrance uses a code, 0318.

Services fall into three groups: facials, enhancements, and energy and Reiki work. Facials range from a 30-minute skincare consultation and a Tween & Teen Facial to longer treatments, including healing facials that pair a facial with energy work, such as the Shamanic Skin & Soul Reiki Facial. Short enhancements such as LED light therapy and microcurrent can be added to some treatments.

Beyond appointments, the shop offers skincare education, wellness mentoring, handmade goods, blessing ceremonies, soundbaths and healing workshops. A monthly membership gives 20% off services each month, and gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $25, $50, $75, $100 or custom amounts.

According to the shop's press page, a Reiki-infused sage bundle was chosen for a limited-edition holiday collection celebrating Latinx-owned brands, and the shop was featured in branded content presented by Hyundai highlighting Los Angeles businesses. BuzzFeed's Pero Like also featured the shop in a skincare piece on its approach to facials and wellness. The shop lists partnerships with Pero Like and My Spiritu, hosts pop-ups and collaborative events, and invites collaboration requests by email.

The salon holds that healing takes many forms, and it tailors each visit to the person who comes in.
