Every appointment is with the owner, with no assistants or rotating providers. Each facial starts with a skin assessment, a double cleanse, exfoliation, manual extractions and a massage with finish. Facials are matched to the skin, so treatments may draw on masks, serums, LED, microdermabrasion, peels, microcurrent, hydrodermabrasion, RF and plasma. Facials are recommended every four to six weeks for active concerns and every six to eight weeks for maintenance. Clients are asked to avoid exfoliating, retinol and other active treatments for two to three days before a visit, and to skip makeup for the rest of the day after a facial.
Pricing is all-inclusive with no add-ons or surcharges, and no upsells are made during appointments, so the booked price is the price paid. After each visit the studio provides a short written home-care routine, which can be as few as three products. Products used include Le Mieux, Kizo Lab and Renee Rouleau, and the device stack includes plasma, hydrodermabrasion, RF, LED and microcurrent through a Zemits brand ambassador partnership.
Booking is through Acuity Scheduling, by phone or text at (626) 807-8426, or through the website. A $50 deposit is required to book and goes toward the service total. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; within 24 hours the deposit is kept, including for no-shows. The deposit is waived for package holders. Packages and gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase, and gift certificates are fully transferable. Packages may be transferred to one other person on request. All package and gift certificate sales are final, and unused sessions can be applied to other services at their original treatment value.
