The menu is broad. Waxing is grouped into face, upper body and lower body. Skin care is carried out by estheticians and typically includes a skin analysis, steaming, extractions, a mask and massage, lasting about 60 to 90 minutes. Nail work covers a basic gel manicure, several nail enhancements, a dry manicure prep with each nail treatment, and four tiers of nail art from minimal to complex. Lash services include a lash lift for natural lashes, classic, volume, volume mega and hybrid extensions. Eyebrow treatments range from temporary makeup and styling to semi-permanent sculpting, lamination and tinting. Hair services include washes with blow outs, a strengthening treatment, cuts and partial braiding.

Bookings can be made online as far as 24 hours in advance through the services tab. If the preferred time is taken, a request form can be submitted, and the business replies within 24 hours. A credit card is required on the day of the appointment to hold that booking and any later ones. Cancellations need a minimum of 24 hours' notice, though 48 hours is requested. Cancelling on the same day costs the greater of $25 or half the service price. Missing an appointment means the full service price is charged, and arriving more than 10 minutes late is treated as a no-show.

The spa is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A model program offers discounted services performed by a newly trained esthetician under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Digital gift cards are sold in amounts of $10, $20, $25, $50 or a custom amount and can be sent to one recipient or pooled as a group gift.
