The rituals step up in length and detail. The Express Detox takes about 30 minutes and starts at $99; it is a targeted cleanse to remove buildup, with a brief consultation on at-home scalp care. The Signature Ritual takes about 60 minutes and starts at $150. It opens with a scalp scan and consultation, then moves through cleansing and exfoliation, steam, a scalp, neck and shoulder massage, and the Pearl Rinse, a cascading rinse at a specialized basin followed by a finishing dry. The Elevated Ritual starts at $199 and includes the Naturaltech Tailoring system, a customizable treatment with botanical ingredients. The Grand Ritual starts at $250 and adds red light scalp therapy, extended steam, and a longer massage of the scalp, neck, shoulders and hands.

Add-ons include the Pearl Micro-Stimulation, a high-frequency comb with red light used after cleansing, priced at $25, and the Pearl Leave-In Treatment, a moisture boost for dry, tight or reactive scalps, at $30. Smoothing Blowout is $50, with pricing that may vary for longer or denser hair. Blowouts are not included in the rituals but can be added to them. Surcharges apply at the salon's discretion: $20 for waist-length hair or longer and for extensions or textured hair, and $40 for matted hair detangling, to cover extra product, care or time.
