Listed prices are starting points: the salon says each service is priced at the provider's discretion and may run higher or lower depending on the stylist's level. Complex color work is best started with a consultation, and corrective color and extensions are priced after a consultation with a stylist.

The salon's PCA/TCA peels are advanced corrective peels, aimed at dehydrated skin, hyperpigmentation, blemishes, fine lines, scarring and other signs of aging. A peel costs $75, or $95 with a post-peel care kit, and a package gives a sixth peel free after five are purchased. The salon partners with product lines it says support its services and help guests keep up results at home, and it lists Davines among them.

Parking is metered on the street and expires after two hours. On Saturdays, paying for two hours gives all-day parking, and street parking is free on Sundays. Several lots south on Market Street may allow longer stays. Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours ahead avoid a fee; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and no-shows are charged the same. A late arrival may shorten or reschedule an appointment and can carry the same fee, and a valid credit or debit card may be required to hold a booking.

The salon says it values hospitality and genuine care for each other and each guest, and uses education and staff collaboration to work toward the right result for each client.
