Options run from partial highlights and balayage to full highlights, all-over color, root touch-ups and retouches, and multi-hour sessions for color correction and new-look transformations. Haircuts are offered for women, men and children, along with blowouts, styling, and curling iron or hot iron curl add-ons. Treatments include a K18 treatment, deep conditioning, toner, gloss, and a swimmers clarifying treatment aimed at chlorine and hard water buildup, plus a smoothing treatment and hair tinsel.

Booking is done through the salon's GlossGenius page. Walk-ins are welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and the salon says this policy is strictly enforced. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows are charged the full 100%.
