Every visit starts with a consultation to put together a personalized plan, and the consultation is free. Clients can also arrange a video consultation with a stylist before booking. Color corrections and major transformations often take several sessions. Blonding may need a toner, and extra bowls of color or bleach can be needed depending on length, thickness and regrowth. Stylist-based prices rise by $2 to $5 per level, starting at level 1, based on the stylist's experience and how much time the service takes.

The salon specializes in luxury hair extensions made from 100 percent premium human hair. Instant length and volume extensions can be applied in a single appointment, and sew-in wefts and keratin bonded extensions are also offered, using damage-free application methods. Sew-in and tape-in extensions last about 6 to 8 weeks per move-up, and keratin bonds last about 3 to 4 months before replacement. The salon says extension coloring is best done in the salon.

Brazilian Blowout smoothing takes as little as 80 minutes and is suitable for all hair types. The salon says the treatment lasts up to 12 weeks and reduces drying time by half, and each service includes a take-home kit for maintenance at home. The Treatment Lounge offers add-on treatments that take as little as 10 minutes and address dryness, split ends, chlorine exposure and damage to color-treated hair. Treatment Lounge prices are fixed and require a minimum blowout service, except for the Brazilian Blowout smoothing.

Each appointment begins with a consultation that leads to a personalized plan, and extensions are applied with damage-free methods.
