The Painted Moon Salon & Boutique

The Painted Moon Salon & Boutique combines a hair salon with a retail boutique in Spring Hill, Kansas. It is open Tuesday through Thursday from 12 to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Hair color and blonding are central, alongside cuts, blowouts, waxing and spray tanning.

Clients book through the salon's online booking page, which is powered by GlossGenius, and the salon accepts payments. The salon asks clients to reschedule or cancel at least two days before an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations and arriving more than 10 minutes late can all carry a fee of roughly half the projected appointment cost, and clients are notified of fees by text or email. Repeated reschedules of a single appointment may move a client to walk-in-only booking.

Smoothing treatments range from a 60-minute Brazilian Blowout Weekender to a 210-minute Free Full Service that lasts up to 12 weeks and can be tailored to the client's hair. The salon describes the Free treatment as formaldehyde-free, and clients take home a full-size Brazilian Blowout Deep Conditioner. A lighter Mini Brazilian Blowout, the BBFree Mini, is also offered and lasts up to four weeks.

Spray tans are applied by hand by a certified spray tan technician, who mixes a bespoke solution for each client. Sessions come in a traditional formula or a rapid-developing one. Every visit opens with a personal consultation, followed by aftercare guidance, a complimentary aftercare kit, and a pre-tan guide delivered by text or email. The Bronze Babe Package provides five custom sessions for the price of three; the package discount is applied automatically at checkout when booked through the Services page.

Each stylist works independently, setting their own services, schedules and policies.
