The salon says its focus is service, value and attention to detail for every client. It describes itself as a judgment-free place. There is no receptionist, but refreshments are set out at the entrance while clients wait. Clients are asked to arrive on time and to text or call their provider when they arrive.

Hair services cover all-over color in a wide range of shades, root touch-ups between full color appointments, highlights and lowlights, color treatments, haircuts and beard trims. Nail services include shaping, cuticle care, polish, and Shellac gel manicures with extended wear and a high-shine finish. Spray tans are tailored to each client's skin tone and use no UV. Massages are shaped around each client's needs, and facials are chosen for skin type and concerns, with options for hydrating, brightening, clearing and relaxation.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Color appointments require a credit card to hold the booking, and a cancellation after the 24-hour window carries a 50% fee. Gratuities are not included in service prices.
