Appointments, including follow-ups, are booked online. Clients check in with their stylist on arrival rather than signing a sheet. Guests are offered a complimentary drink, which usually includes beer, wine, spiked seltzer, soda, sparkling water or spring water. Some services include a shampoo and a scalp massage with a hot or cool towel over the eyes.

The menu covers haircuts for first visits and regular upkeep, color that blends away gray, blonde enhancement, dramatic color changes, and non-razor beard sculpting. Stylists can also talk through a consultation covering face shape, body type and lifestyle before any cutting or coloring, and they recommend at-home products for recreating a look, which are stocked in the studio. Major credit cards are preferred, and cash is accepted without change.

Mobile concierge grooming can take place at a client's home, a hotel suite, or on a set or location. The standard range is up to 45 minutes from the studio, with travel beyond that charged per additional five-minute segment. Mobile sessions need a clear space of about five by five feet with an outlet, and the workspace is cleared and protected before and after each visit.
