The salon takes a holistic approach, using natural products intended to benefit hair, health and the environment. Its aim is to replace chemicals that release harsh fumes and pollutants with organic, low-toxic alternatives. Color options include organic and ammonia-free formulas, and the salon's Highliss treatment by Truss is described as a safer alternative to keratin that reduces frizz.

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro, by Instagram message to a stylist, or by text to the salon at (754) 279-2544, where calls are also welcome. A 25% deposit secures a booking, and the remaining balance is paid at checkout. Cancellations with 24 hours' notice carry no fee, while shorter-notice cancellations and missed appointments are charged a percentage of the booked services. Arriving up to 15 minutes late is accepted if the salon is contacted first. Adjustment requests within 7 days of a service are usually free, unless the stylist says otherwise and provided no one else has changed the hair since. Complimentary Wi-Fi, beverages and snacks are offered, Spanish is spoken, and the space is accessible. Children are welcome if they can sit quietly.
