Visits begin with a consultation that covers a client's goals, a skin evaluation, a review of medical history and a personalized plan. Plans are built around what the skin needs and focus on long-term health rather than trends. Clients are not pressured into treatments they don't need. Services are by appointment, open Monday to Thursday 9AM to 5PM and Saturday 12PM to 4PM, and closed Friday and Sunday. Services that need different providers cannot share a visit and are booked separately.

The menu covers neurotoxin injections, including Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, with practitioners explaining how they differ. Dermal fillers are mostly hyaluronic acid based, and Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid filler, is also offered. Microneedling can be booked alone or with an INVO Brightening Serum or PDGF add-on. PRP uses the client's own blood, and chemical peels are offered at several depths. Acne recommendations are made by a certified acne specialist. The studio says its treatments are guided by a linked library of peer-reviewed research.

The OG Skin School is the studio's section of plain-language treatment guides with cited research. Guides cover microneedling, neuromodulators and Botox, dermal fillers, acne treatment, and pre- and post-treatment care. Tish Manuel curates the research guides.
