Weight loss care starts with a consultation that reviews health history, includes a focused physical exam, and looks over initial lab work before any prescription is issued. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared through a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Follow-up visits are monthly early in a program and generally every 8 to 12 weeks once a stable dose is reached. Wellness add-ons include a Skinny Shot (Lipo-Trim), B12 shots and NAD+ injections, and the spa also offers DOT physical examinations for commercial motor vehicle drivers.

Memberships are billed month to month. The Gold, VIP and Elite tiers each include a set of monthly treatments or discounts on Botox, Dysport or dermal fillers. Benefits do not transfer or roll over, and membership does not guarantee specific appointment times, so booking ahead is recommended. Cherry payment plans and CareCredit are accepted. Rewards points are earned through two programs, depending on the product used.

Treatment plans are individualized and take a holistic view of wellness, and each treatment is overseen by a licensed medical provider after an evaluation.
