A typical head spa visit starts with a dry scalp massage and shampoo, then moves into conditioning and steam. Clients can add a mini facial, a jelly or cooling mask and a blowout, depending on the service they book. The Tranquil Reset and Ultimate Escape Oasis include a scalp analysis before the massage begins.

The Calm Collection is a different format: it is done head-to-toe while the client lies face down, with gentle scalp work and scratching across the neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs and feet.

The business is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on Sundays. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Each treatment is meant to help clients unwind, ease stress and leave feeling refreshed, with self-care kept affordable and accessible to everyone.
