JUSTTHUSHH Skincare Center is an independently owned spa in Taylor, Texas. Alyson Jost opened it in 2022 in a building she bought and built out with help from family. The spa is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. It works by appointment only, with availability on the online booking site and hours that can vary by day, and it does not take drop-ins.

Services are grouped into facials, advanced treatments, body treatments, massage and hair removal. The Signature Facial is customized to skin concerns and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a customized mask, a neck and shoulder massage and finishing products, with optional LED therapy. The Face Reality Acne Facial adds double cleansing, a 10-minute facial massage and acne medication. Chemical peels can be mixed, layered or spot treated, and BioRePeel is an Italian-made, patented formula that the spa lists for sun damage, blemishes, hyperpigmentation, scarring, rosacea, large pores, fine lines and wrinkles. Chemical peels and BioRePeel both require a consultation before booking. The Face Reality acne program includes Bootcamp, which covers acne, gut health and ingredients through a 20-minute video, a homecare packet and a three-month homecare plan. Clients outside Texas can take part virtually, with products shipped to them. Homecare products for the program are not included and must be bought separately; a full regimen is a little over $200. The spa says acne takes about 30 to 90 days to form and at least six months to clear.

First-time in-clinic clients have a 5 to 10 minute consultation with Alyson to review medical history, skin concerns and budget. The spa suggests budgeting about $300 for a first appointment and a full skincare routine. Booking through the online platform requires a credit card, which is charged after the completed service; deposits apply only to appointments that need one. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000 through the booking platform. Clients who reschedule by text or call with 12 to 24 hours' notice avoid a 25% cancellation fee, and clients may arrive up to 30 minutes late if they call or text. Products cannot be returned once they leave the spa, though defective or damaged products can be exchanged. Gift certificates are requested through a form on the website.

Each client gets a personalized treatment plan and at-home routine, with products adjusted over time. Sessions are intended to feel professional, relaxed and supportive, tailored to each client's goals and needs.
