Each partner keeps her own brand and style while working in the same space. Bailey Kallmeyer, a licensed esthetician, provides facials and waxing, and Natalia is also a partner in the business.

Facials run from a 35-minute express option to a 1 hour 45 minute hydrafacial-based treatment. Several are built around particular needs: a men's facial with a beard cleanse and conditioning beard oil, a pregnancy-friendly facial, a facial focused on the back, and a two-person facial done side by side. Many facials can be adjusted with add-ons such as galvanic, LED mask, microdermabrasion, high frequency and gua sha.

Waxing covers the lip, face, arms, legs, underarms, chest, back, bikini and Brazilian areas, with prices starting at $12. The Model Call Facial is priced at $75 and offered to new clients and returning clients who have been away eight weeks or longer, in exchange for permission to film and photograph the session for promotional use. Book Consultation is a free 30-minute session in which an esthetician assesses skin, talks through goals and recommends treatments.

The salon is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and takes appointments only. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice or a 50% fee of the scheduled service applies. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service total, and arriving 15 minutes or more late counts as a no-show, with the full fee charged and the service possibly shortened or canceled. Retail product sales are final, and any concern about a service should be raised with the provider during or after the appointment.
