Services cover coloring from color retouches and full color through highlights, balayage, ombre, creative, and corrective color, with additional color mixes available. Cutting includes women's and men's haircuts, children's cuts for boys and girls under 10, and bangs trimmed or shaped. Men's haircuts include shampoo, cut, and styling, and a hot neckline shave can be added on request. Children's cuts are dry, with a wash and style available for an added fee. Waxing and eyebrow arching are also offered. Prices start at the amounts listed and vary with hair length and number of color applications.
Hair extensions are a major part of the work. The salon uses Hairdreams extensions made from 100% real human hair, including Microline extensions, Great Lengths extensions, and toppers. Extensions are bonded with a keratin polymer and placed about half an inch to three-quarters of an inch from the scalp, and typically last about five to six months with proper care. Most extension hair is special ordered, and hair should be at least three to four inches long from the nape to be fitted. A free consultation of about 15 minutes comes first, and remote consultations by FaceTime or Zoom are available for clients outside the Buffalo area. Extension appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit paid in person and must be booked in person, as cards are not taken over the phone.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and give 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. The salon accepts credit cards, checks, cash, and Venmo, and prefers cash gratuities. The product boutique sells the Italian color and haircare line from Davines, which the salon works with alongside Green Circle Salons.
