The studio is located in suite 140 at HG2 Salon Suites on West Airport Boulevard in Stafford. The building door is kept locked, so clients ring the white doorbell to be let in.
Work centers on natural hair and locs. The Locs menu covers starter locs, loc maintenance, loc repair, two strand locs, interlocks, and micro locs, including micro locs with extensions and micro loc retie. The Natural Styles menu covers hair maintenance, blowouts, rod sets, twist outs, wash and go styles, curly cuts, two strand twists, and wash and braid styles.
Appointment lengths are published for each service, from about 30 minutes for a loc repair to about 8 hours for micro locs with extensions, so clients can plan their visit.
Booking rules are clear. Appointments are cancelled if the client has not made contact 15 minutes after the start time, and clients are asked to message if they will be late. Clients who feel ill are asked to cancel instead of coming in. No-call, no-show clients have future appointments blocked. Children are welcome, but children who cannot sit still will not be serviced. Extra guests are only allowed when they are also getting a service.
New clients pay with cash only. Subscribers receive 10% off services, according to the website. A testimonial on the website describes the stylist as on time and thorough in answering questions.
