The salon's approach centers on natural nails and foot health. Manicures and pedicures are done dry, without soaking nails in water, and services are customized to each client's hand and foot care needs. Gel manicures use a soft gel method without aggressive buffing or primer, according to the salon. Clients can expect single-use supplies, hospital-grade disinfectants for tools and surfaces, new PPE for every service, and tools that the salon says are sterilized. Clients describe the work as gentle, soft and painless, and the team uses appointments to explain what is being done.
Signature offerings include the dry Bare Project, the Essential Pedi, Restorative Wellness for foot concerns, Onyfix for deeply curved and ingrown nails (including for children), toenail reconstruction on a series of visits, and Après Gel-X extension sets. Nail art is priced by tier, which depends on difficulty and time, and clients can message the salon with inspiration photos to find their tier.
Booking requires a credit card to hold an appointment. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service price. The salon waits 15 minutes for late clients, and arriving 20 minutes late counts as a late cancellation. Services are performed only on healthy nails, and clients with open cuts, unusual nail discoloration, fungal infection or acrylic enhancements cannot be serviced. Acrylic removals are not offered. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday and Monday.
