Visits are booked through the salon's booking page, which accepts a card on file. A $30 deposit secures an appointment and goes toward the final total, and deposits are not returned for cancellations, no-shows or excessive lateness. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and at least 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may cost the deposit, and repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to booking restrictions. Groups of three or more need to book together, extra guests are discouraged unless they are being serviced, and children must be supervised at all times.

Tools are cleaned and disinfected between clients, and a service may be declined if there are signs of fungus, infection, open wounds or other conditions that could compromise safety. A polish change does not include cuticle work or full nail prep, and the salon is not responsible for chipping, peeling or early lifting afterward. All sales and services are final, with no refunds on completed services, though the salon says it will work toward a reasonable solution for any issue.
