The Nail Edit ATX was built by Gusta around the idea that good-looking nails should start with healthy natural nails and healthy surrounding skin. The studio is located in a loft-style space at 10900 FM 620 N, with parking directly outside the building. Once inside, the studio is the second loft on the left.

Services are booked by appointment only. Manicures can be done bare, with a colored polish, or with gel, and both manicures and pedicures are available without polish for women and men. The e-file cuticle care manicure is a non-invasive extended cuticle treatment. Pedicures include professional foot care and a customized scrub and massage for the lower leg and foot, in a scent the guest prefers, and the pedicure bowl is jet-free to make cleaning between guests simpler. Nail art is available as an add-on.

Extensions and overlays are gel-based. Builder Gel Overlay supports natural nails that need extra strength, in nude or skin-tone shades or with a gel polish color chosen by the guest. Nail extensions range from a subtle natural lift to long statement nails; guests choose their preferred length when booking, and the technique is selected during the appointment. Traditional acrylic services are not offered. Guests with product from another salon need removal, which must be booked with the desired service for first-time guests.
